CLIENT SATISFACTION

Many other agencies make claims about client satisfaction, but we make it core to our business. To ensure that we’re always putting client feedback into practice, we conduct semi-annual client satisfaction surveys, where we solicit, analyze and publish results and then immediately act upon them. Our satisfaction survey results help us improve and elevate our service performance and guide our professional development and training schedule.

When measured against our peers in the industry, Greenough exceeded the national average when compared to the Holmes Report1 client satisfaction report - one of the most respected publications in our industry. Greenough led in 9 of 10 categories including ability to get results, passion, responsiveness and the overall performance of our account team, where our teams scored markedly higher than the competition.

We're proud to have one of the most sophisticated and closed-loop client feedback processes in the industry. But we don't stop there. Our pursuit of delighting our clients and becoming integral parts of their business is rooted in the enthusiasm and energy we bring to every engagement of every size.
